Yay for the new low- always exciting. Not so much for the self sabotage; why do we do that? It is almost an instinct.

I was long addicted to junk food which caused a lot of extra pounds. I knew that in order to lose weight I had to change my eating habits and lifestyle. I started going to the gym.
